SYKE was proud to be recognised at the British Legal Awards in December 2018. When faced with a legal issue described as ‘mission impossible’ by the client, the obvious choice was to bring in a major law firm. A collaborative effort between Thomson Reuters, SYKE and The AA – in just two months and under budget – used ingenuity and artificial intelligence (AI) to offer emergency assistance to The AA and its looming GDPR challenge.
