At SYKE we’re pleased to celebrate International Women’s Day in 2022 and help to #breakthebias. Both legal and tech have been historically male-dominated industries; we welcome the fact that this is rapidly changing.
We’re also proud to not just talk the talk, but walk the walk too, with women making up 48% of our global workforce and 40% of our senior leadership team.
“Internation Women’s Day is a very special day for me. Firstly as it is my youngest son’s birthday which makes me feel all sorts of emotions, mainly pride. This day gives me time to reflect on all the inspirational women I am lucky to work with and have engaged throughout my career. I am hugely thankful to work in an environment where women are appreciated, inspired and actively encouraged to progress with no limitations. I would like to thank all the women and men that help women fulfil their potential without compromise.”
