Rupinder is part of our Icertis Team at SYKE and works as a Junior Legal Engineer (Funtional Consultant) She is responsible for configurations and implementation work on projects like Unit4 & Sopra Steria.

I had a change in circumstance and had to leave my previous Job. I came back to live with my parents and I started looking for a new Job (as I am career oriented person!) I saw the LinkedIn post by SYKE and I didn’t waste a single minute for applying. And I got a call that I had been selected, I was happy as well as curious to start my Journey from a fresh.
I had previous experience in CLM platforms, but it was my first time working as a Functional consultant. Now its been 9 months here at SYKE and it has been the best time so far, I’ve received such nice feedback from the Leadership Team at SYKE. Grateful for being a part of SYKE!
I have worked for CLM projects before, but learning more about the tools and receiving great training has made my experience very unique at SYKE. On top of that, we have so many other opportunities growing within the team to learn, which I am definitely looking forward to.
I have never worked from home before, and to be honest I was a bit skeptical about the choice of Working From Home. However, day by day, I have seen that so much has changed for good. I like how people here are well treated, how people interact, collaborate, and get along within the workplace. Overall I love working at SYKE.
