SYKE is delighted to announce the promotion of senior legal engineer, Jamie Goldrich, to the position of director of native solutions.
Jamie joined SYKE in June 2018 as its first junior legal engineer and was promoted to senior legal engineer in March 2019 following the delivery of a global CLM solution for a major enterprise customer.
He has since developed a practice specialising in the development and integration of legal technology on native enterprise solutions, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Google Workspace and Salesforce, servicing a range of FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 enterprises.
Jamie starts his new role with immediate effect, developing this new area of the business, providing strategic direction and leading a team of legal engineers and developers across multiple jurisdictions.
Jamie commented: “Over recent years my team and I have built up vast experience automating a range of CLM tools and products, which means we can integrate software elegantly into other systems such as Salesforce, M365, and Google Workspace.
Our ability to integrate systems and help data flow smoothly is invaluable to our customers who simply want things to work. Increasingly we are taking a customer’s existing tech stack and helping them get them to first base without the need to buy any more software or licences. Once we have established a digital process and put the basics in place, we can then configure more sophisticated solutions to meet their needs.”
Alistair Maiden, founder and CEO at SYKE commented: “I first met Jamie when I was legal counsel for ASDA and he was on a vacation scheme placement in our team. His talent was obvious, and it has been wonderful to see him flourish over the past few years.
Under his leadership I’m sure our native solutions team will continue to go from strength to strength.”
SYKE’s engineers typically have a legal background, so when implementing contract lifecycle management tools, or using AI and machine learning to extract contractual terms and metadata from documents, understand the context of what they are automating, not just the power of the software. This blended expertise ensures SYKE-assisted implementations deliver ROI from day one.
